When our founder and CEO, Jimmy Plater, launched Extension Enterprise Group (E2G) in 2015, his goal was two-fold. He wanted to build a company that provided an array of business services that helped other businesses and organizations efficiently achieve their missions. He also aimed to pay it forward to veterans, individuals who represent those who bravely served and opened doors for him and countless others.

Extension Enterprise Group is Jimmy’s vision, realized. The organization provides high-quality integrated facilities management services across a variety of industries with a focus on customer service excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.
But, to fully grasp what makes Extension Enterprise Group truly unique and special, one must look at the heart of our organization; our people - and understand what drives us to perform at the highest levels.

E2G founder, Jimmy Plater, leads by example. He comes from a family of proud U.S. veterans. And, after building a distinguished 30-year career in the U.S. Army, retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 5, the highest rank for warrant officers serving as master-level experts in the field of logistics.
Jimmy knows people. He understands the tremendous value that veterans can bring to the workplace. These courageous, disciplined problem-solvers know how to strategize and flawlessly execute the mission.

Extension Enterprise Group, along with our clients, partners, and supporters are impacting the lives of veterans and their families in positive ways. Some of the veterans we hire are unemployed. Some are homeless. All of them are motivated, trained, and highly capable of meeting the needs of our clients. We aim to positively impact their financial situations and give them a fresh start in a culture that is familiar. We are paving the way for these individuals as they traverse the next leg of their post-military journeys; offering a collaborative and supportive environment with endless opportunities to grow.
